I work as an archaeologist so I do a LOT of walking. This bag has been perfect for everything from taking a beating down scree slopes to stashing extra kit. Best part is that the water stays locked up tight so I don't get any leaks on my notebooks or digital equipment. Would purchase again.

Just keep finding new features

I bought this pack and really like it. It holds a lot of water. I can fit my 15" HP laptop as well, so it should be great for going to work. There are lots of pockets and the construction feels very solid and comfortable. The pack's design is obviously well thought out (for instance, the helmet strap isn't just stitched in normally, but has its own little pouch to keep it from getting tangled into a helmet. Hard to explain, but hopefully helps illustrate the point).

Finally, the item that prompts this review. I read about "integrated rain gear" and thought mine might be missing it. No worries, though: after a bit more looking I found a zipper pouch on the bottom that conceals the rain tarp which expands to keep your gear dry. Great.

After several rides i love it, very comfotable on the back, ventilation is good and a lot of room for my gear. it would be nice if there were more colors to choose from.
